Fancy Fixtures Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on most orders over $99 in the 48 contiguous United States. Fancy Fixtures offers free shipping on items that are not oversized, there will be $199.00 shipping fee even it the item is over the 99 dollars free shipping. If your total order is under $99, you will incur a $15.00 surcharge. Tile & Stone are heavier products, and we charge for shipping.

If you would like the order delivered to one of a handful of isolated U.S. locations, special shipping arrangements need to be made and they entail additional charges. Please contact our customer service team for shipping costs to these unique destinations.

Additional shipping fees will apply to shipments to Alaska, Florida Keys, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and other territories accessible only by boat or by air (Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, etc.).

Please note if you are shipping your items to one of the locations, the additional shipping fees might be assessed after the order is reviewed by our Fulfillment Department. This process usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Please note any additional charges billed by the shipping company for services not requested by Fancy Fixtures (reconsignment, re-delivery after a missed appointment, storage fees, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer

When can I expect to receive my order?

Fancy Fixtures processes every order with the utmost speed and efficiency, but shipping time varies based on factors such as product type, stock status and shipping destination. We work to expedite the process as much as possible, and usually have the product on its way to you within one business day from when you place the order, or it reaches the warehouse. Please note that custom/specialty products, or products on backorder, can take up to several weeks until delivery is possible.

For all orders, you will receive an email within one business day after order confirmation informing you of the estimated delivery date. You can track order and delivery status by logging in to your account or clicking on the link we will email you.

When can I expect my delivery?

How should I prepare for my delivery?

Please make sure that the delivery service will have the access necessary to complete the delivery at the time it is expected. If you live in a gated community, please make the necessary arrangements in advance to allow access. If, for any reason, you believe that the delivery service may have difficulty delivering to your home, please let us know in advance.

For larger items(such as bathtubs, vanities, shower systems, medicine cabinets, one piece toilets)

Freight delivery is guaranteed only to your curbside, which means the driver will not be able to bring it into your home. Please ensure that someone else will be able to do that.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

For larger items (such as bathtubs, vanities, shower systems, medicine cabinets, one piece toilets) We require a signature. Please make sure someone will be present at the time of delivery and will be able to inspect the item and sign the delivery receipt. You will be responsible for anything he or she does or doesn't do, as if you were there to receive it yourself.

For smaller items (such as faucets, small sinks, doorknobs) Smaller items are delivered via FedEx Ground or another ground shipping service, and generally do not require signature upon delivery. Once the delivery company records your order as delivered, we cannot assume any further responsibility for tracking your item, so if you'd like to require a signature upon delivery for small items, please let us know.

How should I inspect my delivery?

For larger items (such as bathtubs, vanities, shower systems, medicine cabinets, one-piece toilets)

Inspect the products immediately in the presence of the delivery driver. If there's any mistake, damage or missing part, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. Please take digital photos if possible.

If you cannot inspect the order while the driver is waiting, please write "Subject to Inspection" on the delivery receipt. Inspect your order within 24 hours, and contact us immediately if anything is wrong. If you sign the delivery receipt without this notation, we can no longer be held responsible for any damages.

For smaller items (such as faucets, small sinks, doorknobs) Please make sure to open and inspect the product within 24 hours of delivery.

What should I do if something is wrong with my order?

Please be sure to contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can help figure out what went wrong. We cannot guarantee to take responsibility if we were not notified within 24 hours of receipt. please contact our Customer Service department at 516-349-3003 or via email at onlinecustomerservice@fancyfixtures.biz

My product is on backorder, what do I need to know?

Occasionally, an item is out of stock and is on backorder.Backordered items are charged in full at the point-of-sale, just like in-stock items. This is to reserve the item with the manufacturer or, in some cases, reserve an item that's made to order. Within 24 hours of the order placement, we'll notify you via email if items are backordered and the estimated shipping date.Prior to the shipping date, we will verify with the manufacturer or shipping warehouse that we are on track to ship. We'll notify you via email if there is a reason for additional delay.

If backordered items are confirmed as not shipped, the order CAN BE cancelled. Items that have left the manufacturer or original storage facility CANNOT be cancelled.

To cancel a backordered item, contact customer service and we'll do our best to halt shipment. We'll confirm your cancellation via phone or email, and credit or update your order.
